I’m Luis Schilling, CEO and Founder of Tropical IT. I started out in the IT world in 2008, working my way up from the Apple Retail Stores in Argentina to founding a multinational AV integration company in the region, after that, I developed the Latin American presence for a Global IT integration company. Over the years, I worked with some of the biggest names in tech, including Google, Uber, and Amazon. But despite my wins, I couldn't help but notice the same problem cropping up time and time again.
